Bartłomiej Knorowski - physiotherapy in the UK

Bartłomiej Knorowski

My name is Bartłomiej Knorowski. I graduated from the Medical University of Lodz, where I attained my bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in 2013. Over the years I have gained experience in many settings as a physiotherapist and massage therapist. In 2016, I made the decision to relocate to the UK, where I initially worked as a massage and manual therapist. Following the recognition of my qualifications in the UK, I established my own clinic in Ealing Broadway, London.

After several years of practice and gaining even more experience, I moved to the City of Bath but also continue my practice in Harley Street, Central London.
I provide a wide range of physiotherapy services aimed at tackling issues like orthopaedic and musculoskeletal problems, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and support for both pre and post-surgery. I also deal with rheumatoid, gynaecological, paediatric, and lymphatic disorders.

At the start of my practice in Ealing, I complemented my physiotherapy practice by also working as a specialist personal trainer. This allowed me to work closely with my patients, enhancing their mobility, refining their biomechanics, and guiding them through postural corrections. My coaching aimed to teach safe and effective training methods, tailored to each individual’s unique abilities. I’ve had the privilege of coaching a diverse group of patients, varying in age, gender, and physical capabilities.

By integrating an understanding of each patient’s psychology and background with my physiotherapy expertise, I’ve crafted a truly distinctive approach, allowing me to treat my patients more holistically than ever before.
In my practice I combine diagnostics skills and manual therapy with many cutting-edge technologies like electrotherapy, ultrasound therapy, laser therapy, magneto therapy and shock wave therapy.

With my sports and coaching skills I developed a complete and versatile style of physiotherapy. At PhysioB I have coached my patients and led them to a better understanding and awareness of their own body. My goal is to educate my patients about the biomechanics of their own body and give them tools to overcome their own barriers and limitations. My approach is holistic and patient-centred, focusing not only on alleviating symptoms but also addressing the root causes of my patients’ problems. Usually during a treatment plan I focus on putting all the pieces together and analysing a patient’s background, history of injuries, habits, diet, goals, and in that way I am able to determine what to prioritise in each case.
With my state-of-the-art technology and vast experience, I am dedicated to meeting my patient’s expectations and aiding in their recovery and well-being.
